BBC Development is seeking land suitable for residential projects with a total usable floor area of 4,000 to 5,000 m² (PUM).
We are particularly interested in sites intended for multi-family developments in Warsaw and other fast-growing towns within the Warsaw metropolitan region, including Piaseczno, Pruszków, Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Żyrardów, Legionowo, Marki, Ząbki, Wołomin, Otwock, Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, and Łomianki.
Each opportunity is assessed individually, with priority given to well-connected locations, developed infrastructure, and strong investment potential.
When submitting offers please include the following information:
- Property location and total land area
- Plot identification number (and, if possible, a digital copy of the relevant document)
- Land use designation according to the local zoning plan or the land development decision
- Current land use and existing site conditions
- Proposed selling price
- Contact details of the person responsible for the sale
